My name is Crystal Dade and I am so happy you stopped by Pure Alternative.

I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. I love how much even looking at your face, ears, feet and hands can tell me. I also love how Reflexology can guide your body into a relaxed and balanced state. I am a Master Herbalist through the Global Collage of Natural Medicine. Creating herbal art is one of my favorite pastimes. It's amazing how many healing properties you can get out of just one plant.
